Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bonnie’s Loft (“we,” “us,” “our”). We value your satisfaction and aim to make returns and refunds as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or custom/personalized cannot be returned unless defective.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at bonniesloft@aol.com or call 561-213-2694 with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  • If approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once processed, you can place a new order for your desired item.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping).

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days.

  • If you do not see your refund, first check with your bank or card issuer.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at bonniesloft@aol.com.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and must be handled as a return.
