You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Items marked final sale, clearance, or custom/personalized cannot be returned unless defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once processed, you can place a new order for your desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping).
Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days.

Orders may be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and must be handled as a return.
