Shipping & Returns

Sign up for our mailing list and receive free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is not included. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

Bonnie’s Loft will refund any merchandise purchased within 15 days of sale. All merchandise must be unused in their original packaging, unworn, with original tags attached. SPECIAL ORDERS can’t be refunded! Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.

Your credit card numbers are never kept on file. There will be a $15 return fee that will be deducted from your refund. If you purchase another handbag, the return will be free of charge.

Returns will be mailed to the address on the business card attached to every handbag.

Shipping takes 7-10 days for deliveries of merchandise.
